Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi is suspected of not yet honoring the donation she had garnered for victims of the 2008 Szechuan earthquake during her fundraising activities at the Cannes Film Festival that same year. A friend of Zhangs fiancee Vivi Nevo, had reportedly set up the Zhang Ziyi Foundation on her behalf in the United States to conduct fundraising activities for the earthquake victims. Citing information from Nevos close friend in Hong Kong, Chinese media reports alleged that the Foundations donation funds, earmarked for the Chinese Red Cross Foundation of at least $2 million, were channelled into Zhangs personal overseas account and remained there for almost 20 months after her fundraising efforts at the film festival.Local authority has difficult in investigating this case partially because Zhang Ziyi raised funds for victims of the 2008 Szdchuan earthquake in France and U.S.A. Now this case has drawn vast majority of Chinese puyblic attentions who are expecting Zhang ziyi to expose her account financial statements. Without judicial intervention it seems that there is a faint hope. Many celebrities such as Roberta Armani, Joins Hollywood Reporter Eric Mika,Cannes artistic director Thierry Frémaux etc. have been involved in this thing.But they might have no idea about this thing right now...

Zhang has gained a lot of support by using the media to praise what she did in Cannes. However, she still hasn't donated the money she collected after almost TWO YEARS. Is that a normal thing?

These could be solid legal evidences.Ziyi's team has accused other celebrities also involved in charity fraud. However, other celebrities cleared their name in days by showing donation receipts. What have Ziyi being doing to clear her name? Show evidences please! Statements or lawyers memo are not evidences.
